I made an inquiry on the website for Stevens Creek BMW when I decided to consider a 7 Series BMW as my next vehicle. I specifically asked not to be contacted by phone as I had a number of meetings that afternoon and did not have time to deal with a saleasperson right then and there. I had planned on getting home and reading the response to my inquiry in my email after dinner. But 20 minutes after I made the initial inquiry my phone was ringing with a lady trying to sell me the new 7 Series over the phone. Insisting I come in for a test drive that day, as if my schedule somehow revolved around her own! What a high pressure turn off and how unprofessional of them to call me right after i requested an email and no phone calls, please...When I called to speak with the general manager Kevin, he never made time to come to the phone and explain their high pressure tactics which actually ended up costing them a $90,000 sale. I have to wonder what these [violative content deleted] think about when they decide to invade my privacy and still expect me to buy a car from them. I have been reading other reviews on Yelp about Stevens Creek BMW and they ALL reflect poor experiences. I do NOT recomend this pack of [violative content deleted] to ANYONE. they are the epitome of a bad car sales experience.
