The dealership was extremely busy and there was no water or coffee at the service/waiting area. People were just keep coming in an buying BMWs like crazy. Who said that the American economy is bad? I made an appointment with the internet manager who responded my inquiry. When I got there, he was with a customer and had to introduce me to another sales person. Everyone was busy with one or two customers, and the check out area was like Black Friday check out counter. Everyone was making payment for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Anyway, this sales person was very patient and tried his best to answer all my questions. I was ordering a BMW X3 35i. They offered the best price here at this dealership. I was also trading in my car. He got me a good trade in price and found me additional incentives. The experience was not excellent due to the fact that the facility simply not big enough to accommodate that many customers. However, they handle everything very well and meet my expectations.
