Few weeks ago, my family and I decided to check out some mini coopers. We were then greeted by Scott, who made us feel comfortable by hearing us out and answering to our questions. He then made us look at some of the cars as per requested. He was accommodating and really cool to our both children. We then told him that we will think about it and exchanged our emails. That way he can let us know any new deals on pre-owned cars. We never felt like we were being pressured at all. He sent us couple of messages when he had something or when we had any questions. We checked out other car dealer showrooms, but my children, wife and I prefer to go back to Scott! Scott told us he had a car that would be good to us and we came back for that and for him. There Scott helped me out in the buying process. He was really accommodating and even drive me back after purchasing the car. In that way I did not had to come back again with my wife to pick up the car, he could explain us on our new car in the calm of our place ! Nowadays, through experiences, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Owner himself of a MINI, Scott transfers his passion of MINI car to us, Scott is selling a product he knows well and loves and not just another car. This make a huge difference. Tyler (financial dept) helped me a lot in the buying process from the beginning till the end. Tyler has been very clear and transparent on all the financial aspect, proposing and recommending different options without any pressure to accommodate my requests and concerns. After purchasing the car - a MINI CooperS Hardtop, Scott would check on us if everything was going on well with the car and us, and he is still following on regular basis. We Highly recommend Scott and Tyler for your MINI purchase. A really pleasant experience for my family and I!
