AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek

I generally write reviews at two instances, either I'm super impressed or I'm on the other extreme. Today I write this to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the excellent service I received at AutoNation Acura of Stevens Creek. I was in for a 3-month check-up of my new Acura MDX 2014 and entire transaction was smooth and quick. My requests where met with favorable responses. At the dealership, My request was handled promptly. They surprised me with a free car-wash. Though there was a very slight mix up at the end I was still out of the dealership much before the initial estimated wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to meet my timing needs. Will certainly go again!! And recommend you to use their services too!
