I brought my MDX into the dealership for a recall and had them replace some burnt out interior switch back-lights while I was there. This happened late last year. I had left the dealer years earlier as their prices kept creeping up and the service folks that were there at that time were just not great IMHO. I have to say that since returning for that recall and minor service, I have been nothing but ecstatic with the service department. I thought maybe it was a ploy to draw me back in before returning to the same old behavior, but I continue to be impressed. Ricardo is awesome and goes out of his way to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle, including text messages... Who the h#$l does that these days? Whatever changes they made operationally, including staff, should be strongly commended. Keep up the excellent work!!! BK
