In 2010, I brought in my 2002 MDX after hearing a "humming" sound coming from the engine after 156,000. I was hesitant because it was a dealership and all the stereotypes of the prices being charged. I was surprised Autonations quote was less than my local mechanic. They fixed the humming noise, the broken latch of my folding read seat, provided a loaner car and a complimentary carwash. They really extended the life of my MDX. Its 2014 and it has 226,000 and running like a champ! My service rep, Essa had always given me exceptional client service, called me with a status report, and promised the return of my car as promised. He provided me with clear and wise recommendations. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and personable too! They assisted in helping me transfer personal belonging from my car to the loaner and vice versa. The AutoNation experience has cleared up the bad stereotype of dealership prices of service and maintenance.
