My wife and I owned a 2005 Acura MDX, on which we had put 151,000 miles. In all that time, we had zero (yes, zero) issues. We had read a great deal about the 2014 model, and decided to wait and test drive it before selling the 2005 Acura. While I considered some competitive models (some of which were also bringing out new designs for 2014), the test drive, feature list, and past history sold us on continuing as Acura customers. I researched and communicated with a range of Acura dealers, and settled on AutoNation on Stevens Creek for two reasons – first, Michael G., the internet sales manager with whom I communicated was prompt and complete in his response to my questions, and second, they were the only dealer in a wide area that had our first choice of color. My wife and I had already decided that if we could not strike a deal with AutoNation, that color was not that high a priority and we would move on. But reaching a deal with AutoNation and Michael was very easy, and very fair to both sides. It even included my 2005 Acura as a trade-in. The entire staff was absolutely great, easy to work with, and highly efficient. We have absolutely no issue with recommending them to anyone looking for a quality car.
