I originally bought a Certified 2010 MDX that belonged to the dealership as their courtesy car. There were two things wrong with the car; CD player could not read any disc and the plastic cover on the rear wiper blade was missing. Dealer was sincere and apologetic over the issues and I brought it back on the 3rd day to get fixed. It was that time I looked at the TL and decided to switch cars. They were very accomodating and gave me no hassle with the switch. Very relaxed and non pushy atmosphere, except for when it came to the warranty extension and permaplate - which seems to be standard sales pitch for the industry. My first sales person, Tom, had a passion for quality and invention which I liked. He was an author of a children's novel about historical inventions. An idea man. My second sales person (because Tom had the day off) was Patrick, younger guy, quite laid back. He took me on test drives with the AWD and FWD TL. We had a spririted drive both times and he seemed to just enjoy being on the ride. Granted, I had already purchased a car so he had nothing to sell me. Patrick was very diligent in getting the car prepped. On one hand, their certification process should have been more robust, but their response was appropriate. Hence overall my experience was good and I can recommend them. I believe the car should sell itself and the dealer should recognize that. That's how this place made me feel. What I liked about this place was the relaxed atmosphere. I was not pounced upon by sales agents. They have a nice sized waiting room with big screen TV and automatic coffee machine. This is about what I expect from Acura.
