Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? Yes
Was talked into the Value Care Program which provides the first 10 services for free for a discounted fee. I specifically asked if this would be honored with other Acura dealers and the Finance Manager at that time said yes. However, I recently moved and came to find out that I was lied to. I can only get my car serviced at the original dealership (2 hours away), or by driving 2.5 hours away to another dealer. I have an Acura dealer 15 min. from my house, but they won't honor the program. I've tried to discuss with the Acura of Stevens Creek Finance Manager (Joey), but after leaving 5 messages and being promised that he will call me, there's been no follow up. It's been over a week now. Honestly, is that a way to run a business?
