Then saw possibility on-line, listed at Toyota Marin. Made some email inquiries and got quick response. Then went on to get on-line appraisal for what we were selling. Received quote significantly higher than from others. Before the long drive made a phone call and talked to Louis Duran. Patiently answered my questions both about both cars (to buy and to sell). Decided to drive over and had the great fortune to work with Ritsa Kastoras in their Direct Sales area. Pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, fair - can't say enough. Matt Shone was working on verifying my on-line appraisal; and he stood behind the offer that had been made. I bought great car, at a very fair price; car buying experience was fantastic. And, as they had not yet detailed the car, later in the week Luis drove it over to us East of Sacramento. As we switched cars and I thanked him once more I said that I had really only one complaint with their dealership - that it was located so far from us. I will be happy to recommend the dealership and these 3 who assisted us without reservation.
