Last January 2010 I asked Capo Ford to rotate my tires. According to the tire inspection report completed by Capo Ford, all the tires were in excellent shape. I discovered Capo Ford failed to rotate my tires when I was in Carson City 5 months and 2173 miles later when I had to replace the four back tires because each of the tires had cracks and bubbles in the side walls. In addition the grease pencil marks I had made on the tires but were too dirty for me to see until the tires were removed showed that the tires had not been rotated. When I brought the failure to rotate the tires issue to the service writer at Capo Ford, I told him the issue was water under the bridge since I now had new tires on the econoline so to make up for the screw up, I asked that my econoline be washed after it's smog. When I picked up my econoline the following day, Capo Ford had not washed the econoline.
