I contacted the dealership via Volkswagen's web site. I submitted a quote to all dealerships within a 100 mile radius. Stevens Creek VW beat every other dealership's price by a nice amount! Before going to the dealership for the 1st time, I called Brent, the internet sales manager whom I had been speaking to via e Mail. It turns out it was his one day off that week but he came in anyway to assist me. He beat me there and had all the information I could ever have wanted waiting to go (including info on cars that were in-transit and not yet at the dealership). He also had one of the cars pulled out and ready for me to drive. I drove the car and LOVED it, he walked me all over the dealer showing me all of my options with colors and packages. I found the exact car that I wanted in the back lot. They negotiated an exceedingly amazing deal and threw in several options and goodies for me too! The finance manager (his name is Red) was also a delight to work with. So many sales people act nice but that's exactly what it is, an act. You can tell that these two gentlemen were genuinely nice, friendly and cared. I went back to the dealer a week later to pick something up and was treated with the same attention, friendly attitude and caring even though they already made the sale. If you are looking for a VW, this is THE place to go!!!! I HIGHLY recommend asking for Brent. Because of him, my 2008 VW EOS and I are very happy together!
