This place is HORRIBLEĀ…. After 8 years I will never go back again!!! What ever happened to the customer always being right?? They were rude, nasty and call customers by vulgar names!

Charged me for a failed MAF sensor. They said that the part would not be covered under warranty. They did give me a loaner car, but they didn't complete the service by the time they said they would and I ended up having to wait an extra day. I've had my car almost a year (2008 Impreza WRX), and it went in for its first service finally. It had a torn CV boot. The downside is it took three days to get it done, because they had to order parts. The upside is they gave me a loaner to drive during that time (a very nice 2008 Outback wagon)...
