I appreciated Richard Travers and his commitment to customer service. I first spoke to him on Wednesday, and he followed up with multiple emails and phone calls. And NOT in an annoying or pushy way. Just a quick check in to show he really wanted to find us the Jeep we wanted at a fair price. And he succeeded. Drove up on Monday to close the deal and drive back to Fresno in my new GC Trailhawk. Ali was very helpful explained all the jeep style to me, twice he did this. This was a huge help for me to make the right decision. Which I did and could be more happier with my new Jeep, I picked a beauty with Ali help. It's not a surprise to me that Ali has so many TOP salesmen awards hanging on his office wall.

Val from the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Steven's Creek Sunnyvale location is the most amazing car dealership employee I've ever worked with. He was so concerned with my happiness and doing what is best for me. I can't praise him enough for the amazing job he did. Unless there's absolutely no vehicle I want from Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram then I'll purchase at whatever location Val works at. Albert the salesman was also great, not a robot salesman and wasn't pushy.

I had a wonderful experience working with everyone at Stevens Creek dealership. My salesmen Richard was great to work with and was very knowledgable with all the vehicles on the sales lot. Richard and I a great time telling stories about his grandkids and my kids. The lasagna that was griven to me was a great surprise and was delicious. Calvin in financing was also great and was able to put my wife at ease with the maintenance packege. Overall I would give everyone at Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a 10++!!..... :) Thank You!

I spoke to Reza on a Monday evening regarding what I would like. He found me what I liked including several other options. He even came in on his day off The whole financing process took a really long time.to help me. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful. I felt that these two individuals were pretty honest and made me feel comfortable. The gentleman at finance offered us the full Dodge warranty which made me feel reassured that it was from Dodge itself, not some other warranty company.
