Jeep has made a real turnaround but this dealership has not caught up with that quality yet. We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in October 2010 from them. We had an issue with the loan documents, but Loan company blames on the dealer's paperworks, and the dealer blames on the loan company. We called the dealer to help us, but they told us to call back on the next day. And I did.....
