To sell the car they lie about loans (Yo-Yo Financing)

I went there to buy a CPO mercedes c250 coupe. I agreed to buy the car at advertised price plus fees plus taxes. They assured me that my loan is approved and I signed the deal and paid a down payment of 10000. When all was done, they lost the car keys and I have to leave the car at dealership. I got the car next day. Till today (3rd week going on), I am getting calls from finance department and other bankers regarding loan papers, application etc etc. It's very irritating and disturbing to know that loan process was not done followed on the day they sold me car. Although I have the contract agreement with purchase price and loan details but still it's very tense to know that my loan is still not through and I don't even know the outcome. They misguided me and lied, It would have been better if they had told me upfront and I could have waited for some more time to purchase the car. They see just their benefit and points. Sales guys are not bothered about other stuff, they just made the sale and trapped a customer. I am aware that some low budget, and non-branded dealers do this scam called "yo-yo financing", but I was not expecting this from mercedes dealer. My advice: plan and straight. Do not buy from there, they lie way too much. I understand sales people lie little bit to sell, but lying too much is not expected from Mercedes dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....
