They return calls promptly

Cons:

unethical; value immediate profits over long term customer loyalty

We were charged $300 for a estimate on our car just to be told we would have to pay $5000 for a repair on a Chrysler only worth $1500, and were treated poorly when we complained about the $300 bill.  Even though we ended up paying $24,000 cash that day for a Chrysler SUV, bought an extended warra...
