We were charged $300 for a estimate on our car just to be told we would have to pay $5000 for a repair on a Chrysler only worth $1500, and were treated poorly when we complained about the $300 bill. Even though we ended up paying $24,000 cash that day for a Chrysler SUV, bought an extended warranty and would have serviced our Chrysler at Normandin for years to come, we were still treated extremely poorly by Rick Toscano, the head of Normandin Service department. Not only did Mr. Toscano refuse to take our mint condition 1995 LSH with only 79,000 miles on it as a trade in, he still wanted us to pay the $300 for the estimate. In the end, he offered a measly $200 for the car and we decided to donate the LHS to charity rather than give another penny to such a disreputable dealership. Mr. Toscano could have had a loyal customer for for the next 20 years, but instead we will go to the [violative content deleted].
