We were charged $300 for a estimate on our car just to be told we would have to pay $5000 for a repair on a Chrysler only worth $1500, and were treated poorly when we complained about the $300 bill. Even though we ended up paying $24,000 cash that day for a Chrysler SUV, bought an extended warranty and would have serviced our Chrysler at Normandin for years to come, we were still treated extremely poorly by Rick Toscano, the head of Normandin Service department.
