My mother, a loyal Chrysler customer for almost 30 years, had the misfortune of taking her car to Normandin Chrysler for a service estimate. After telling her it would cost $5000 to fix her current Chrysler LHS worth only $1500, Harry Singh sold my elderly mother a used, 6-cylinder SUV (Pacifica Touring) and told her that it was really a minivan with better mileage than her current LHS. In addition to these actual lies, Mr. Singh also had my mother sign away her rights to a three day cooling off period, just in case anything should anything go wrong with the vehicle. He also talked my mother into a $2300 extended warranty, gladly accepting my mother's payment of $24,000 in cash for the overpriced SUV. When I called Mr. Singh the next day to complain about a bill of $300 for the $5000 estimate for repairs on the LHS, he said he could not help me unless I talked my mother into selling Normandin Chrysler her LHS for $200. Mr. Singh took advantage of my elderly mother who made the mistake of going alone to this disreputable car lot. If Harry Singh or Normandin Chrysler had not been so unethical or ungracious they would have made a customer for life.
