Do you know bad reputation used car salesmen have???? This dealership does nothing to improve that impression. Remember when a person's or company's word or a handshake was all that was needed? Not here! Made an offer to this dealership for an '07 Accord EX L over the phone during my lunch hour. It was accepted after discussions with the salesperson and the sales manager. Informed the salesperson that I would come in that evening right after work to pay for the car in full, no trade-in or financing, and to sign the papers. Told him that I would transfer funds from one of my accounts during my lunch hour in order to cover the payment. At about 3PM, the salesman called and left a voice message on my cell. Apparently the car was sold to another buyer AFTER my offer had been accepted. Probably got a better offer and sold it out from under me... guess that an agreement with this company holds less weight than $$$ unless it is written in a contract. My salesperson should have argued for what we had agreed to. The sales manager let $$$ decide and created an unhappy consumer.
