I recently purchased a 2011, Hyundai, Sonata at Capitol Hyundai in San Jose, CA and called the service department for an oil change and they told me I had to wait a week. I went to have changed 2 trunk shocks under warranty, ended up they broke the rear window. The car had to be fixed at the body shop for almost 2 weeks while there for an easy 10 minutes work. By the way, I have very bad experience with the body shop as well! I am not going back and not recommended. ...
