I recently purchased a 2011, Hyundai, Sonata at Capitol Hyundai in San Jose, CA and called the service department for an oil change and they told me I had to wait a week. Their answer why I had to wait so long was that they sell over 200 cars a week and only have 5 mechanics to service them. In other words, they have their priorities mixed up about customer care. Once they sell you a car, they can care less about you. Most of the questions were not applicable, however, I could not submit this review without answering them. I should have purchased another Toyota, like my last two cars and get excellent service. I guess we live and learn. I gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero.
