Catastrophic service

Pros:

The customer service folks try to be helpful

Cons:

Combersome process to be served, very poor quality of service work

I went to have changed 2 trunk shocks under warranty, ended up they broke the rear window. The car had to be fixed at the body shop for almost 2 weeks while there for an easy 10 minutes work. By the way, I have very bad experience with the body shop as well! I am not going back and not recommende...
