Original Review - Thank you for the worst customer service I even experience with your sales director "MARK". Mark called me on Friday twice and said he had reserve the car (got the key) for me since I already turn in all the credit information and got approve by Honda. So we made the appointment at 9:00 am on Saturday. Then he called me at 8:10 in the morning (Saturday) and asked me to come in early to get the car, As I'm on my way at 8:20, he text me back and said sorry and all the car were sold. So if it's a first come first serve, why he ask me to turn in all the credit information on Friday? Why do we need to make an appointment? What's the point to make an appointment? Why he lied to me and said he got the car for me on Friday? As he called me on Saturday morning, I already told him I will come early! I'm sure I will file a complaint with Honda corporation. Sales Director??!? You can't even be a salesperson. WHAT A JOKE! After I texted him saying I will file a complaint to Honda corporation, he responded "be my guess"
