Pros:

competence, cleanliness, no screw-ups yet, seven days a week

Cons:

Small lot is very crowded--I'm always afraid of a fender bender

Have owned cars for 43 years.  Bought an Accord here in March 06.  All routine maintenance done here, and I have zero complaints, even with prices.  Car now has 48K miles, has had seven oil changes, five at A-level ($36--discounted if you bought the car from them), two at B-level ($90).

The worst Honda service place I ever saw -- enough said!

Absolutely blatant reap off.... Better Business Bureau should be investigating this place for horrible business practices. They will charge you for work estimate. Questionable value with service packages

Pros:

Efficient when they need to be

Cons:

Extremely expensive and questionable value in all aspects of service, very crowded everyday

Made the mistake of choosing Pacific Honda to perform my 30,000 mile service. Ended up costing over four hundred dollars.
