Had a pretty decent overall experience

Little crowded most of the time - had to wait in the lobby for service.....Mediocre service center..

Very warm, professional and helpful rep (Mike Hamel) who made our car-buying experience pretty decent.....He also gave us tips on how to bargain :) which was kind of cool.....Just went with a number a mind after a week's online research and got a decent match....

Didn't have a great experience...
