Pros:

They had the model truck I was looking for.

Cons:

Lack of consideration for my time and a feeling of less than open, knowledgable, thorough dealing.

I did an Internet search and identified Moss Bros. Dodge in San Bernardino, CA and called the sales department.  The salesman said he had three or four in stock that met my requirements (diesel, quadcab, shortbed) and they were white in color.  I indicated that was acceptable and I made an 11:30 ...

How well do you know your product

Pros:

they did have a great selection of vehicles

Cons:

Not fond of thier trade in process

Well normally when you go to a car dealership you would hope the salesman knows the product  that they are trying sale, well I'm not too sure about some of them at this dealership.  To me that is a big turn off especially when it could be a biog purchase , How many people do you know ,would buy f...
