Wayne Alle, Mossís VP of Ops went out of his way to bring three trucks to one location for my inspection, one each from their three Ram dealerships. Wayne Allen and the other sales people responded to my e-mails and actually answered my questions. They were forthcoming when working out the details (price etc.) over the internet. We arrived at the dealership with prices in hand. The trucks were waiting and matched the online descriptions and details - there were no surprises (I canít say that for a couple other dealers I visited). Barnabe, our salesman for the day, was patient as I nitpicked each truck trying to make a decision. No sales pitches. No steering me to the truck they wanted to sell. He, offered suggestions & help based on my questions and answers. Best of all Ė based on my homework (I over analyze everything) I got a pretty good deal! So, Do your homework Ė know what you want and what it should cost. Then Contact Moss, get the details worked out, and go buy your new car.
