I was interested in a car this dealer had that I found online. It was the used 2012 model Subaru and was priced at least $2,000 over the current prices I've been getting on the exact same 2013 NEW Models. When I asked the Internet Sales Rep Dan B if he was willing to give me a more competitive quote he said, "That is a great deal you should buy it. I would compare equipment first, sounds like a base model car." I told him, no, its the same exact model... But NEW, and he said, "You better take that deal quick, good luck." Could he have been any more sarcastic and rude??? A simple, "no, i am not willing to budge on the price" would have been suitable.
