Very satisfied with the experience of owning my first Ford Truck

I had been considering a hybrid pick up for some time and decided I wanted the Powerboost, but when I arrived at that decision it was literally 2 days too late as the order bank had been closed. Been searching the Sacramento and East Bay dealership inventory and went to Harrold to take a look. While I was there the Truck I wound up buying showed up from one of their sister dealerships located a few miles away. The team that took care of me was definitely top notch. I would like to thank personally each member of the team. Gumby in Sales, Bryan in Management, and Omar in Finance. They did everything right and treated me the way I that treat people and offered that personal touch and "hometown" feel that I appreciate. I expect to be a loyal and continuing customer for a long time now. Thanks again everyone!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Asked to check in with me before any work was done - didn't. Asked to check what warranty might cover before doing any work - didn't. Asked to fix wiper nozzles - didn't and charged me for it. Said they couldn't find two of the other issues I had - sent them video of it happening - horrible communication and just want a refund so I never have to go back.

Service is above reproach. I have been dealing with this dealer for more than 20 years and have always had excellent service and it is one of the most honest I have ever dealt with. The staff is always ready to assist you in any way. I would have no reservations in recommending them to my family and friends.

I bought a 2014 super crew pick up. Two weeks later, I had to bring it back for some engine work. Harold Ford took 44 days to fix it. They replaced the timing chain and the heads. I asked for a breakdown of what they did and I still don't have it. Once I got the truck back, It had to go back in after a week for brake noise. I told Tom Cline the sales manager I would like a new truck. He said I would I have to eat the tax, doc fees and license which came to 2,779.66. I was ok with that, even though it took most of my trade in of 3,000.00. I wrote a check for the original 2014 truck in the amount of $30,000.00 that left me 30,220.33 Tom would only give me 28,000.00 towards a new truck. The truck I was looking at was 30,051.00 after all the mark downs. Tom was only going to give me part of the mark downs and didn't allow a discount of $2,700.00 which showed on their website. So far, he is holding back 4,920.33. I asked why and Tom replied its almost 2018 so its another year older. Then there's the tax, doc fees and license for the new truck in the amount of $3,599.93 in total that I would be out At $8,350.93 plus the fees from the 2014 would mean I would be out $11,130.59. The asking price on the new truck was$39,440.00. With mark downs it was 30,051.00. $30,051 plus 11,130.59 is higher than the msrp of $39,440. I've been trying to move my trailer to Oregon to buy a house since September. Thanks Harrold ford, it is now the end of November. Terry

Horrible service. Just there to take your money and run. Bought a car with an issue, and was told it was going to be fixed asap. It's been a month and hasn't been. I keep on getting the run a round with different management personnel. I would never buy anything from this dealership based on the sales management team. Treated with the utmost disrespect.

Got a great deal with no pressure, I highly recommend Harrold Ford. I have bought 5 vehicles from them and have never had an unpleasant experience and have been using their service also which also exceeded my expectations. The last car we bought I didn't read the window sticker thoroughly and forgot to get an option I wanted, I called them the next day to find out why and even though it was my fault they threw in the $200 option for free even though I was willing to pay.

Had deal agreed upon, DROVE OVER 200 miles to pick up New Car, Sales Manager refused to honor WRITTEN AGREEMENT...Told New owners taking over, existing people NOT TO BE TRUSTED...Oldest Ford dealership, WORST SERVICE EVER. This will be my 11th NEW ford, NEVER TREATED like this. Playing the blame game. Salesman gave me 20.00/gas,he felt bad management treated this wrong. 200+ miles, 4+ hours,wasted. I WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE A CALL FROM THESE ROOKIES. SHOP ELSEWARE!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

I did research on my Fusion for months! and kept getting the run around from dealers until I came across Harrold Fords Internet guy Josh H., He was completely straight forward with me and got me a great deal on my new car, He even showed me how to use all the features, I was very impressed with Josh and highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a pleasant, fun, and honest car buying experience.
