We recently bought a 2006 Tacoma truck from this dealer and spent over FOUR HOURS doing it! Even after spending an hour with a very incompetent, annoying salesman (I really hated the way he said, "Gonna get you a smokin' deal!" over and over and over!), and we said we were ready to sign on the dotted line, it was another 3 hours until we got out of there at 11:30 at night!!! They didn't even begin to detail the vehicle until AFTER we were done in the finance department! And it wasn't because they were concerned we wouldn't qualify or something. We have extremely good credit ratings and were approved within a few minutes. I think they take longer for everything so that it will wear down customers until they are ready to say yes to anything, just to get out of there! Because, as expected, the finance guy gave us a high pressure pitch to buy the extended warranty for $1600 ("the price I just gave his brother-in-law"), and when we said no, he treated us like we were complete IDIOTS! (Since then, I have found that I can buy the same warranty from Midwest Toyota in Hutchison, Kansas for only $516!!!) I do not appreciate being treated with such disrespect, and needless to say, I will never do business with Roseville Toyota again.
