Edmunds information was a great help in answering all the information on the vehicle, I wanted to purchase! I started out to purchase my 6th Toyota Camry. I looked at the ratings for Toyota Dealers and decided to go to the one with the lowest rating because it was so close to my home. That was the biggest mistake! I called Internet Dept because I saw the car I wanted,recieved a quote and said car was available. My husband went down to see the car with me and I fell in love with it. The sales manager was standing there to help us if we needed, at that moment the sales person that I spoke with walked by, the sales manager said these are your customers, he kept on walking, the manager says again, these are your customers, he walked over seeming angry that he had to help us, he was not helpful at all. I told him this was the car we wanted,I love it! We said we would talk about it tonite and call him tomorrow. We E-Mailed him that night. Two days later still had not heard fon him after several E-Mails! So I contacted another salesperson whom I spoke to. She looked up the car we wanted and said yes we still have the car I will reserve it for you. We were excited, the next day we were going down to drive it and make a purchase, until she said I am sorry your car got sold but we can get another one. At that point we were so disgusted how we were treated Every Single time.! So unprofessional and rude.Myhusband and myself are both Sales Managers and Trainers and could not believe the treatment we recieved! So we went and purchased a different brand of car, no more Toyota's for us! Remember when you look up a company's rating , Believe It!
