Every awful stereotype about car salesmen displayed by [non-permissible content removed] - low-balled us on the offer for our trade in, got $4,000 more at another dealership by the way without any haggling. Jerked us around on the price of the new one. Played the good cop, bad cop thing. The salesman told us what we wanted to hear and was our friend - the sales managers were the bad guys. We walked out once and stupidly went back a second time after the salesman called us and said he would get us the fair price we wanted. They were even nastier the second time and we walked out, again. I had done my research at Consumer Reports, Edmonds, Kelly Blue Book, etc online and knew what a fair price was - which seemed to [non-permissible content removed]... Every time we refused their price, yet another sales manager would come out to try to wear us down. They took the car key for my trade in to look at it and then won't give the key back until we had asked several times. Unprofessional bullies. NEVER WILL GO BACK!
