I purchased a 2009 Rav4 Limited edition. My husband and I did our research and knew exactly what we were willing to pay for this vehicle in order for the dealer to make a decent profit and us to walk away satisfied. Our salesman didn't really have to do any selling as we already knew what we wanted. Throughout the process we were working with a nice young man and the Assistant Sales Manager, Mike. He constantly made rude remarks and at one point made me start crying. When filling out a form of references I was not able to get all addresses of friends. He said "Do your friends have new cars?" I responded. He then said, "Well get their addresses if you want one too!" At that point I was willing to walk and never return. My husband calmed me and said we were almost done and that it would be okay. When we finished the process we were being walked through our new car and all of its bells and whistles. We tried to connect my phone to the Bluetooth (I paid extra for) only to find out that my phone, like many others, is not compatible. NO ONE MENTIONED THIS MIGHT BE AN ISSUE! I now have to pay to upgrade my phone in order to use this feature in my car. Later that night we came home and played around with my car more when we noticed that my car did not have the cover most Rav 4's have to hide contents in the trunk. We looked online and since I purchsed a Rav 4 with 3rd row seating (costing us extra) I lost that feature even though it is still possible to use it. NO ONE MENTIONED THAT EITHER! When speaking to Mike about these issues after the purchase, he said "You never asked!" As a consumer, I am SO disappointed with this service. I will no longer be purchasing from Roseville Toyota or recommending them to ANYONE. The staff was more worried about making the sale than informing the customer. Unfortunately, I have to retrun to get leather installed (which I paid extra for) and am wishing that I didn't give them any extra money. I definately have a bad taste in my mouth! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROSEVILLE TOYOTA and suggest buying elsewhere.
