Excellent Car Buying Experience

(10/27/11 05:15 PM PDT)- We were extremely happy with this dealership. We worked with Internet Sales Director Brandin Tenns, who was awesome. We'd been looking for a specific model and color and he got it for us within a few hours. Another dealer we'd been talking to wanted us to pay a deposit before he'd even get a car on his lot for us to test drive. We thought we knew we wanted the car, because we'd seen one that my cousin owned, but we wouldn't know for sure until we'd driven the car. Brandin told us his sales manager okayed getting the car to the lot without a solid commitment from us, because he knew they could sell the car to someone else if we didn't take it. We were given a very reasonable price on the out the door cost of the car and that's exactly what we paid for it. He let us take the car for a test drive and suggested a route to us because we don't know our way around Roseville. We didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. We wanted the car and we sealed the deal immediately after driving it. We signed all of our paperwork with Sales Manager Dwayne Kruletz, who is personable and was helpful in getting us through the whole paperwork ordeal ASAP. We were paying cash for the car, and had no trade in, so we didn't need to deal with any financing issues. I've read in other reviews that sales staff at other dealerships were abrupt and/or rude when customers asked for the internet sales person, but that was absolutely not the case at Future Nissan. Everyone there was extremely friendly and polite. It was a very long wait to get in to sign papers, and we were left sitting at a table in waiting area. I was very tired and needed to get home. We live a long drive from the dealer and I needed to get home. We had to come back to pick up the car and pay for it and that was extremely easy and quick. Brandin and Dwayne both did everything they told us they were going to do and so this deal went as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer and I'd go back to them if I were looking for another Nissan.
