I purchased a used 2006 Nissan Altima from Dealership. Salesperson used high pressure tactics. I had an agreement for $13,500 but when they gave me the paperwork the sales manager added $500 and did not disclose in paperwork until signing. Both sales manager and finance rep tried to only focus on monthly payments and tried to gloss over actual purchase price and price for extended warranty. The sales rep said they would take my rental car back after purchase. They took it back late and I was charged an extra day - $33 expense. Complained to sales manager and said that I would have to eat the cost, there is nothing that they can do. Ok get this, I leave in the car that I purchased and the dealership did not even fill up the gas tank (they say they filled up 5 gallons??). I swear I left with a near empty tank of gas and had to stop at a gas station just to make it home. Don't get stuck with this dealership (HUGE RED FLAG!!!). I feel that they have poor sales practices and customer service. Watch out for these guys they are the worst! You will get raked over the coals - FYI do not buy their car alarm either as part of the warranty sales pitch, the Finance guy will try to tell you all the benefits of getting one (lower insurance etc.) but he leaves out that it costs you $699 and does not even come with its own remote (that is extra). It is an absolute [violative content deleted]. The sales manager Cliff's idea of a good business is to not lose money by doing the right thing and providing the consumer with an honest deal. What a bunch of [violative content deleted]. I can't believe they are allowed to operate this way. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!
