Today, I went to buy a car and got the old bait and switch from the sales rep, the finance manager, and even the General manager. I went in with them quoting me a price on a vehicle and throughout the test drive we confirmed the price about 4-5 times. When it got time to do the contract they upped the price by 4-5K and made me waste about 4 hours of a Saturday on a deal that at the end never happened. They sent multiple people to try to confuse you and talk you around the numbers until you get confussed. Talking with them was physically draining and in the end we walked away wasting our time and effort. The folks at the dealer messed up my deal so bad that that the GM would not allow me to take away my paperwork/notes..and he actually ripped it when I asked him for a copy. The worst part is that it was him who messed up the deal and in the end he humiliated one of his employee by making him run out to catch me in the parking lot and asking me for an apology. They should be ashamed of themselves and I would NEVER recommend anyone buying a car from them. If you go take a video camera where you can record the audio and video. Double check all paper work and keep your guard up at all time. My experience exemplifies why most people have little regard for all car dealers operations and their sales people.
