Great service with Kelly Booker

I had a really positive experience purchasing a pre-owned LEAF from them. I found the listing through an online list serve, and Kelly was very easy to work with. He negotiated over email and honored his commitment when I came in. He was also very supportive of making it an easy and quick process. Very happy!

Amaizing Service By Irwin Herrera

I was recently looking for a new car and obviosly did not wanted to go from dealership to dealership. A friend recomended me to ask for Irwin since she had been help by him not too long ago. I called, made an appointment with him on my only day off, to later find out he came in to work just to meet up with me. He is so knowledgeable, very polite I never felt pressured to make up my mind. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer every single question asked. As a first time buyer, I really thought the process was going to be unplesent. My experience was truly exceptional and Irwin was a true car/sales man expert. Thank you so much Irwin; I am extrenely happy with my car and the process was really pleasant, thanks to you!

Came in with an offer from a competing dealer, they explained everything the other dealer was trying to do, basically matched the offer, hassle free. I ended up with a nice Rogue SL black on black, beautiful car, love it!!

Peter was great not only did he make things easy, but I got a great deal. He showed me how every part of the car worked, how the charging works and he even applied for my California State Refund Check. He is also going to help me get my diamond lane sticker in 30 days.

Excellent Service

After a most horrible experience at Towne Ford at Redwood City (check my other review on that horrible dealership), I scheduled a test drive of the Nissan Leaf via Nissan's website. I was quickly replied to by Mr. Chris D. from Boardwalk Nissan. Since it's the closest to my home, I confirmed the visit with him. And to my great surprise, our experience there was the extreme opposite to the one at Towne Ford. So much that we left driving a brand new Leaf! The entire process was very smooth. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out, we were extremely well treated by everybody there, especially by Mr. Chris D. We arrived at 2pm and left around 7pm and Chris was there with us the entire time. We were never tossed around several different people, we were treated with respect, education, patience and kindness. He made us feel that he really valued our business and that he was willing to do everything he could to give us the deal we were looking for. Based on this experience, I would have no problem at all recommending this dealership. Congratulations to all people responsible for this dealership. And special kudos to Mr. Chris D. Keep up the great work!

Fully agree the previous review, BIG [violative content deleted]!

They were trying to quote me the MSRP of the car and told me that MSRP was what they think "a fair price" of the vehicle. I have never heard a single dealership saying this kind of words, MSRP is the fair price?? Come on guys, stop your [violative content deleted]! When I presented them with other dealer's price which was below invoice, they said what they can do was only a match to the price we got, and kept fooling us that they were taking a loss to sell us the vehicle at this price. Who was going to buy there if they can only match, but not beat another dealer's price? Plus they didn't have what exactly we want in stock and have to order it. They also offered only a couple of hundred dollars for our trade-in vehicle while the KBB fair trade-in value is around $2000. Not worth of spending time with, and I suggest you skip this dealership directly since there are better Nissan dealerships around Bay area than them.

NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!! Quote great price to get you in, then back out

They have great sales people who will quote the price which is just like hitting jackpot, When you are there, sales people back out from their words and then the same old story of mangers and directors ripping you off with numbers. Here's what they did to me and u can imagime what kind of people you are dealing with: Sales person called me 8-10 times to come in and see the car. I gave them price to meet and they told they cannot meet it. I went to other dealer and finalized the deal for 2 yrs old preowned certified car. When i was about to hand over the check, this sales person called me again and told me they can match the price for the BRAND NEW CAR for the exact same price what i am paying for certified car. I was amazed and surprised how is it possible but she said, they wanted to clear the inventory and will give me the deal. I backed out from the last step of my deal, left that certified car purchase and went 40 miles to this dealer to finalize the deal. There i realized it was all stupid tactics to just get me there. Sales person never even talked to manager before committing any thing to me.Then manager and then director start showing up and making me think that i am some stupid crazy person who can even think to get new car for the price of old one. That satesperson also not backed out from any commitments she made on phone. Whe i gor mad, all they have to say was "SORRY". go back and pick up the car of your previous deal if you did not like our prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never ever recommend any one to go to this dealership. I would prefer to spend $100 bucks extra rather than dealing with whole bunch of lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
