Still Don't Go Here!

I bought my Honda Fit from this dealership, and also bought LoJack. I took my car in to have the LoJack installed; I figured my experience with this dealership couldn't get any worse (you can read my dealership review). I was wrong. I dropped my car off for its at 8 am appointment, and got a call about 2:20 pm saying that they had made a mistake and would not be able to install LoJack on my car today after all. Mike (the service man whom I had been dealing with) said he would call me back in 30-40 minutes to tell me when I could reschedule. I never got a call back. I ended up calling him at 3:50 and leaving him a message. He still didn't call me back. I ended up calling the front desk and finding out that nothing had been done with my car, and to come down and pick it up. I went to pick up my car, and Mike wouldn't even help me; somebody else had to come and assist me. They still have not called me back to make an appointment. Once LoJack is installed, I am never going back to this dealership again.

On Monday morning after the LoJack fiasco on Saturday, I got a phone call saying that LoJack would come to wherever I was to install it the next day. They came to my work on Tuesday within the allotted time frame (9:30-1) and installed it with no hassle. Folsom Lake Honda has since been great in making sure that my customer satisfaction has been met. They gave me a free interior auto-butler to apologize for what happened on Saturday, and have definitely gone above and beyond the extra mile to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. The managers and supervisors have called to make sure that I am pleased with the service, and I can truthfully say that after the effort that they have put out, I am a happy customer and will return to Folsom Lake Honda.
