Before arriving at Anderson Honda, I did a lot of research about the car I wanted (a Honda Accord SE). I got competitive price quotes from every dealership in the SF Bay Area. Anderson's quote was the best and they had in stock the car I wanted. The sales person greeted me upon arrival. I showed him my online quote and he immediately went to find the car in their inventory lot. He was able to answer most of my questions about the car, but was not that knowledgeable about the engine compartment. The sales person (a fleet manager) quickly and efficiently filled out all the paperwork for this cash deal. He then took me to the finance manager. While the sign-off manager did offer a couple of additional services, he was not pushy and accepted my decision to decline the offers without any pressure. By the time the paperwork was finished, the car had been detailed and I was on my way in my new car.
