Bought a new 2011 Genesis. Had negotiated with some dealers in L.A. and did not think I could beat their price. Oxnard matched the deals I had in L.A. and threw in a couple of extras. When I went back to sign the finance papers they had actually found a lower interest rate and offered it to me. Have purchased new Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Infinit and Lexus...this experience was just as good. Will definately refer them to others. Service Dept. has been responsive but needs to spped up the "intake" of service cars in line and give a bit more of a high end luxury feel with the new Equous and other high end cars coming into the brand. Do expect more from the service Dept.
