While no one or nothing is perfect, I'd like to say that I really enjoy the service that I receive from the service staff. They are friendly, upbeat, accomodating and fun. While I don't have any major complaints, there are a couple of things that they can do better. 1. Return calls; outgoing greeting says they'll promply return your call. I left messages weeks ago and my call has never been returned. 2. Even in the smallest tasks, make sure that the object of repair is functioning properly before releasing it to the customer. The rear driver-side lock mechanism was malfuctioning and the door wouldn't open from the inside. The replaced the lock mechanism, but didn't check to make sure that the door opens from the inside. So, now the door locks but still doesn't open from the inside. I'm really not sure if I would recommend Mazda to a friend yet. I'll have to check in with them again to have my door checked again.
