I come here b/c it's the only dealer available within 25 miles. Their service rep is really friendly. I thought I was at Lexus with the type of personal attention I received. HOWEVER, they have a staff shortage. Waiting time is quite long, and when the wait was over, my car was not washed like they promised, and the lube job on the sunroof made the previous rattle worse. The cost for labor is also excessive -- it takes 3 hours b/c they are under staffed! It's awkward giving a low rating to a team of real nice guys, and they do try, but at the end of the day the job quality matters. Since there seems to be a dearth of Chevy dealers in the east bay and their sales department is not interested in selling (I was actually told to go to Dublin to buy the Camaro SS at the price I offered them, which I did), they can consider allocating resources from sales to service.
