I went to the local "mega dealer" with 3 locations and got flat lied to about colors and price, the next day, I went to Frahm. I just happened to be greeted on the lot by the fleet/internet sales manager and when I asked to see a 200, he asked if I wanted to see one in a really pretty color and took me straight to a Blackberry Pearl 200 that the other dealer said wasn't available. After a really nice test drive that included both city street and freeway driving, I asked about the dealer markup sticker in the window. At the other dealer, their attitude was "that's what this car sells for, take it or leave it", but at Frahm, I was told "Oh, that's just wishfull thinking, that's not what we'd sell it for. If you'd like, I can get the real price for you." Lance was easy to talk to, easy to deal with, ZERO pressure. His attitude is "the car will sell itself, if you're going to buy, you'll buy, if you're not ready to buy, you won't." 2 hours later, I drove away in my new Blackberry Pearl 200 Limited that the other dealer said didn't exist, with exactly the options I wanted, for just a couple hundred invoice, not MSRP+2K like the other dealer wanted. Well done, Frahm!
