I recently bought a used car from this dealership thinking I was getting a good deal. But instead it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The car did not include 2 master keys and an owner's manual which is standard with purchase of a new or used vechicle. After 2 weeks of inquiring and having patience, they never follow-up with me. Not even John Winn, the owner, would return my calls.
