I am SO DISAPPOINTED with Fremont Mazda especially the Internet Sales Manager YAMA A. Actually YAMA does not deserve any starts. When I requested a quote online, Yama replied me immediately and continued pushing me to talk with him in person. This was totally fine since he is a salesperson but he kept asking me why I cannot go to the spot to talk with him RIGHT NOW in a very NOT courteous way. Then I made an appointment with him but had to cancel it due to my personal schedule conflicts. But he seems very eager to speak with me and pushed me to make another appointment which I did. It was a Sunday morning, I showed up on time and waited for over 20 minutes, the other salesperson, Dan, approached me and told me Yama was stuck in something and will be here shortly. Dan took me did the test drive and helped appraise the car I want to trade in. I left the dealership an hour later but YAMA A. NEVER SHOW UP!! I sent an email to Yama and told him I was there and waited for him on Sunday, he DIDN"T say a word about his absent but made another appointment with me, which is the following Monday night. Again, I was there on time and you know what, YAMA A. WAS STILL NOT THERE. Dan helped me again on the pricing but I guess he is very new so everything must go through his manager and I was seating for another hour without getting any price back. YAMA A. IS A VERY RUDE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY PERSON who was absent TWICE of the appointment he made with me without an apology, he even wrote me an email to remind me the Monday appointment. This is so ridiculous! I don't know what is wrong with this guy and this is his way to treat a customer? I was ready to buy the car on the night already but I will never go back to Fremont Mazda. There is some issue with their management too!!
