This Mazda dealership was bought from Fremont Ford next door in December 2012. The sales staff is new and not well trained or acquainted with the vehicles. Do your homework first and know what features you're interested in. Expect a hard sell and verify what they say with outside sources. Don't purchase on the first visit. Come prepared with other dealer quotes in writing. Expect added extras to be offered when it comes time to sign. I passed. This is the only dealer who would not give me a price without first agreeing to buy the car that day. Crazy. On the positive side, they kept after me, after walking out twice, and found the car I wanted at a price I was able to pay. The test drive was not rushed and the first salesman was very polite. They provided a loaner car one day and rewrote the final contract three times when the numbers did not match what we previously agreed upon. The gas tank was full. They seem eager to make a deal, more so than other established dealerships. The service manager seems very knowledgeable and helpful.
