I own a Honda Pilot. Although I did not buy at this dealership I have had it serviced there on several occassions. I have been very unhappy with the level of service and never plan to use this dealership in the future. When you call they put you on permanent hold, which is never a good sign. I brought in the electronic key a while back to have the battery replaced. They striped the small screw when openning the key housing and the key had to be replaced. Since I was still under warranty there was no cost to me other than major inconvenience. I discovered later that the spare keys were not properly reprogramed when they gave me the new keys. When I went back to have the spare keys reprogramed I was told that would cost me $65 - even though their guy did not program them. They told me my warranty period is over and I'm out of luck. While they do admit they screw up, they do nothing to make it right. I'm never going back.
