We purchased a used Lexus RX330 from this dealer. It was a trade in car in very good conditions. When I wrote an email inquiring about the car, I had a response right away from the Internet sales manager - Michael B. He patiently helped me figure things out with the Lexus, even though he was a BMW expert. The price of the car, we found out later, was true to market. During the price negotiation, we were greeted by Alac. We also recommend him; he is a straight shooter and is direct with his thoughts, which we actually appreciated. He worked hard to get the car to us at the right price we were looking for. It turned out the car was already priced pretty true to market value. Also appreciated Young, the sales manager, in sharing honest information about the car's true cost with us. Look for Michael or Alac when you visit! I would give them a 5 star, but I would still like to note this one "con" - the financing part was not the best experience. We were all cash and didn't have a need for other insurance packages either. While there is no hard selling, we found out that the information relayed to us about buy back guarantee, etc. was not all of them correct from this department/ person. Note: If you are with Auto Buying Service (Employee Perks), this dealer honors that, but you must ask them and explain the terms to them. We realized not a lot of dealers are aware of the Auto Buying Service perks. However, after explaining, BMW Mountain View agreed. Overall - I would recommend this dealer for used vehicle purchase!
