The experience at The Ford Store Morgan Hill was unlike any other Ford dealer I have been to. I have visited 3 other dealers in the San Jose area and my experience at all was really bad. My experience at TFS was refreshing and reassuring…when I called the store to check on stock and pricing the salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When I visited the dealership he was very professional and friendly and make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Unlike other dealers in the area TFS did not hassle me around for price, which I was very happy about. My sales person made sure my paperwork was taken care of quickly, and when I mentioned I had a low rate with my credit union they found me a lower rate and took care of my financing. After I got my vehicle, the salesperson called me a couple of weeks later to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. They had offered me a visit with their Sync expert and I forgot to make an appointment, so I made one and he came to my house to walk over my sync system again. It was great!
